It may be cold and snowy outside, but believe it or not, summer is right around the corner. You know what that means, right? Flip flops, warm, sandy beaches … and class! Wait, what?

That's right, registration for Summer 2015 begins on Monday, Feb. 23.

Generated and supported by the Kent State University at Trumbull Diversity Council, the 2015 edition of the Tunnel of Oppression will be displayed in the Theatre/Library Building from March 6-April 23, 2015.

The theme of the 2015 display, the seventh such to appear at Kent State Trumbull, is bystander intervention.

Lance Grahn, Ph.D., has been selected as the new dean and chief administrative officer at Kent State University at Trumbull. Grahn was chosen following a national search. He currently serves as a professor of history at the University of Central Arkansas in Conway, Arkansas. Grahn begins his new appointment at Kent State Trumbull on July 1, 2015.

The Women’s Auxiliary at Trumbull Memorial Hospital presented Kent State University at Trumbull’s nursing program with a grant in excess of $20,000 on Tuesday, Jan. 28, which will be used for the purchase of a virtual intravenous simulator.

Three candidates for dean and chief administrative officer of Kent State University at Trumbull will be on campus the week of January 12. As part of the campus interview process, each candidate will hold a public presentation for the university community and respond to questions following their presentations.
