Welcome, Kent State University at Trumbull Students!

We hope you all enjoyed a wonderful summer. It is so great to see familiar and new faces.

Let's build a foundation this week for a siuccessful school year. Start with a suggestion from Dr. Lance Grahn, Dean, Kent State University at Trumbull, to incoming students on Saturday, "Find a reason to enjoy what you do - SMILE!"

Good luck students and see you at the FlashBash on Thursday, Sept. 1.

The Link Gallery at Kent State University at Trumbull is pleased to present an exhibition of paintings by Lane Cooper.  “It’s a Wonderful Life” will be on display Tuesday, Sept. 6 through Thursday, Oct. 6  with an Artist’s Reception held Wednesday, Sept. 7 from 4:00 to 5:30 p.m.

Cooper’s paintings explore the ways in which fragments from our perceptual experiences and memories are pieced together to form meaning.   A meaning that is in the artist’s view, always shifting, filled with extraneous noise, and because it is fundamentally fragmentary, always just out of grasp.
