Sarah Andreas, Ph.D., serves as academic vice dean for the East Liverpool and Tuscarawas campuses at Kent State University. She provides academic leadership focused on faculty development, curriculum alignment and student success within the regional campuses.
Andreas brings a leadership approach rooted in collaboration, reflective practice and systems thinking. Her interests include applied leadership development, transformational learning and the intentional design of learning environments that foster belonging, clarity and long-term student success.
Beginning in 2022, Andreas was an assistant professor for the Business Management and Related Technologies (BMRT) program for the College of Applied and Technical Studies (CATS) and the College of Business. From 2020 to 2022, she was an adjunct instructor and a program coordinator/advisor for the BMRT program on the Tuscarawas Campus. She also taught leadership classes at Lincoln Christian University and Malone University.
Andreas earned a doctorate degree in organizational leadership in 2019 from Johnson University, Knoxville, Tenn. She graduated from Malone University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in business and marketing, followed by an MBA in 2009.
Andreas is the owner and chief executive officer of Wisewood LLC in Strasburg, Ohio, a company specializing in helping organizations develop whole leaders as well as strategies focused on creating value for clients and growth for the organization. She also served as director of operations and training for Ohio Motorcycle Group (Harley-Davidson Dealerships) in Dover, Ohio, from 2005 to 2019.
