Campus Safety, Security and Fire Safety Bulletin

The "Disclosure of Campus Safety Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act" is a federal law enacted in 1990 requiring universities and colleges that receive federal funds to publish certain information regarding crimes that occur on or near campus. For national College Crime Statistics information, the Department of Education provides the following website: http://www.ope.ed.gov/security. Kent State University always has reported comprehensive criminal activities under the FBI’s Uniform Crime Reporting Program.
