Biography
Catherine received her bachelors of arts from Bennington College in 2014, where she studied painting and math, and her master of fine arts degree in painting in 2020 from Kent State University. Her paintings incorporate tropes of geometric abstraction, color theory, and the elegance of pattern combined with an interest in painting as a way of thinking. Her work has been exhibited at the Akron Art Museum in Akron, OH, The Canvas Gallery in New York, NY, Troppus Projects in Kent OH, among others. Originally from the central coast of California, Catherine now lives and works in Cleveland, OH.
