Three students won prizes for their written papers submitted for the 2021 Kent State East Liverpool Earth Day Environmental Justice Virtual Conference.  The event took place April 24 with the theme “Rethinking Food: Equity, Plant-Based Consumption and Alternatives.” There were 29 papers submitted for judging.
