The Kent State University Board of Trustees will hold its next regular business meeting at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, March 19, in the Band Educational Facility, Room 117A, which is connected to the Kent State Ice Arena at 650 Loop Road on the Kent Campus. Paul Tazewell is the talk of Hollywood after winning an Academy Award for his costume design work for “Wicked.”Still, it was the talk Tazewell delivered to Kent State University students and others in 2017 that has the campus community still cheering for the Akron, Ohio, native, who became the first Black man to win an Oscar for costume design.
