Student Fellowship

Each year, the Kent State University School of Communication Studies partners with the Pulitzer Center on Crisis Reporting to offer a fellowship to provide students the opportunity to travel internationally to report on overlooked stories. Students may earn up to $3,000 this year to cover travel and reporting expenses.   Any communication studies undergraduate or graduate student may apply for the fellowship. Partnering with Kent State University and the School of Communication Studies, the Pulitzer Center on Crisis Reporting annually offers a Student Fellowship which provides students with an opportunity to travel internationally to cover under-reported stories. The Pulitzer Center on Crisis Reporting awards a student a stipend up to $2,000 to help cover the costs of traveling internationally.
