The Williamson House has several spaces which may be reserved by students, faculty, staff, and community groups for meetings, training and professional development, workshops, classes and study sessions. Arrangements may be made to use the conference room outside of regular business hours.
1st Floor Conference Room:
The conference table seats 20 conformably with additional seating available. In addition a kitchen with a refrigerator and microwave are also available for use and are adjacent to the conference room. Please contact 330-672-9230 to check space availability for your event.
2nd Floor Conference Room:
Meeting space for up to 10 people with a large conference table.
Lower Level Programming Room
The lower level is a comfortable space which can be arranged with a larger conference table (seating 8-10), separated into 4 group tables (seating 4-5), set up for a moving sowing with approximately 30 seats, or opened up for floor activities.
