“The students, faculty, and staff would not have a safe place to go for issue dealing with women. The mobile mammogram station is a perfect example. They made the event a pleasure by having treats and a mini-massage after the mammogram procedure was complete. I received my very first mammogram at KSU and that was a very significant time in my life.” Dr. Tameka Ellington, the Fashion School and Co-Chair of Days for Girls. 8/20/18.
“I know that the Women's Center is an important hub and resource for women in need of support. Without the Women’s Center, Kent State wouldn't have the space that I know I can send any woman who is in need of help or support to.” Dr. Hayley Arnold, School of Health Sciences. 8/15/18.
"A wonderful place filled with the most caring people on campus. From paper and informational resources to a well-stocked food pantry, this office is so dedicated to the community they serve. The KSU Women's Center is a gift to the University and the surrounding community." Becky Elaine.
"It's a great place to be and a really welcoming environment! I'm so grateful that I got involved in the Women's Center since I came to Kent State. The staff is wonderful!" Mallory Galbreath.
