The Contract Renewal process for students currently living on campus will begin on Feb. 1st. An email was sent to all students living on campus with detailed information pertaining to the contract renewal process.


The Spring 2016 Incoming Student Application is available.

The 2016-17 housing application for new students will be available starting Feb. 1 

2016-2017 Resident Assistant Recruitment & Selection Process

The Department of Residence Services seeks applicants for the 2016-2017 Resident Assistant (RA) position, which is an undergraduate or graduate student leader who lives in the residence halls. The online application will open on Monday, November 2, 2015 at 8:00am and will close on Monday, January 25, 2016 at 8:00am

Room change and room buyout information

Beginning Monday, February 1st at 1:00pm, the room freeze period will be lifted for the spring semester for students interested in changing rooms. Additionally, if not every bed is assigned in your room, you have the option of contracting for a "buyout", securing the room only for yourself by paying an additional prorated cost.  A room buyout is the creation of revised room occupancy (based on availability) and is in effect for the remainder of the spring semester only. For more information about either process, or to initiate either a room change or room buyout, please speak with your Residence Hall Director.
