Laura Stephens

Laura Stephens is a Career Advisor, serving the Engineering, Technology, & Data community. Before career advising, Laura worked in IT as a software developer, data analyst, and product manager.  

Most recently, Laura completed a master's in social work to further her skills in serving the community. She is happy to be able to bridge two backgrounds in providing support for Kent State students and alumni.  

Laura has a love for growing and experimenting. She often spends her free time trying new techniques in her garden or testing out new recipes in her kitchen.
