Hours of Operation
Standard hours of operation and off-hours support
Classroom Technology and University Event Support will make every attempt to provide services and equipment for your event as long as your reservation is made two weeks prior to the event date. The reservation request form can be found here. Reservations made after the two week deadline may be refused service based on staffing and equipment availability. A quote will be emailed to you once your reservation has been approved. You must notify us at least 48 hours in advance of any date or time changes, location changes or event cancellations. Failure to do so may result in cancellation fees.
Spring and Fall Semester Hours
- Monday thru Thursday: 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM
- Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Summer Semesters and Seasonal Breaks
- Monday thru Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Note: Reservations made for off-hours service will be billed at an over-time rate. Classroom Technology and University Events Support reserves the right to refuse service to any off-hours request deemed to take place at an unreasonable time.
