Faculty member control regarding being able to share file and ballots if they desire – system is not open

I should be able to view the faculty file after I submit my evaluation

When I submitted my recommendation early, the ballots were not accessible to the faculty member. Those should be viewable 10 days from letter posting in event of an appeal

Arrange current (most recent) years at top of list when reviewing faculty files

The ability for chairs to upload faculty files (peer reviews, letters, etc)

Faculty should be notified that letters are posted automatically; this should not be a ‘manual’ option for directors/chairs/deans

After I submit my evaluation, I can’t find the file anywhere. Also, there is no way to double check that my evaluation was submitted

Don’t group all evaluations together. Group by FAC vote, Chair Evaluation, CAC, etc.
