Request a Performance

The Marching Golden Flashes & Flasher Brass are available to make special appearances depending on funding and schedule. 

To request a special appearance, please contact the Band Office at bands@kent.edu or (330) 672-0080. 

Required Information

Please be prepared to share the following information when making your request:

• Name and nature of the event
• Date, Time, & Location of the event
• Number of band students requested and/or what type of ensemble you are requesting
• Name and contact information of the person coordinating the request and band logistics
• A description of the warm-up, staging, and performance space/venue
• Financial remuneration to help cover transportation costs
