Reports are due by September 30, for the previous academic year. For example, the 2025-2026 AY report is due by September 30, 2026. However, information can be added as soon as an Assessment Plan is available, before the end of the fall semester, unless requested sooner. Also, typically, programs should report with the academic year starting in fall, then spring and ending with any summer assessments.
