To schedule a meeting with
Dr. Scott Sheridan

Interim Associate Provost, Academic Affairs

 

Step 1: Contact Crystal Hamon (chamon@kent.edu) to determine a day and time that will work for the site visit team and Dr. Sheridan

Step 2: Once the day/time have been set, send an outlook meeting invitation to Scott Sheridan (ssherid1@kent.edu) with the following information included:

*In the body of the meeting invitation, include or attach items 1 - 4 listed below. If you do not have a particular item or document at that time please do not wait to send the invitation but list the item as “Will update meeting information at a later date”. All items listed below need to be added to the meeting invitation at least one week prior to allow Dr. Sheridan time to prepare for the meeting.

  1. One or two sentences outlining the reason for the meeting (include the name of the accrediting body)
  2. Names of reviewers and a bio or CV of each reviewer (if available)
  3. Site visit itinerary
  4. An executive summary (1-3 pages) of the self-study report. Summary should include:
    • High level background/history of the program(s)
    • A section that outlines some of the highlights or strengths of the program
    • A section outlining some areas of challenge for the program
    • (if available) Basic program data (current enrollments, faculty counts, etc.)

Step 3: As a separate email, send the entire self-study report to Crystal Hamon (chamon@kent.edu) and CC Accreditation@kent.edu.
