NURS 70743: Advanced Quantitative Methods for Health Sciences [4 credits]

This course extends knowledge of quantitative research designs for nursing and focuses on cross-sectional, cohort, and case control studies, and clinical trials. Advanced knowledge of measurement, sampling, data collection and methods to improve quantitative design rigor is covered. There is emphasis on application of course content to a selected research question or hypothesis.
