The Olga A. Mural Simulation Lab
The Olga A. Mural Simulation Lab at Kent State allows our nursing students to experience very realistic settings and situations similar to those they will encounter in nursing practice, before they do their clinical practicum courses.
Our faculty create realistic practice scenarios tailored to health care needs by using state-of-the-art simulation technology in our laboratory. Patient conditions and responses can be simulated to challenge the learner to practice competencies and critically analyze results.
By giving our students this hands-on exposure, they will be better prepared when working with actual patients requiring nursing care.
