Ways You Can Be an Effective Communicator TODAY:

Clearly communicate with co-workers via emails, reports, and in-person meetings. Refrain from speaking too often or interrupting others. Select language appropriate to the audience.

Create a Learning Objective:

Example: "By writing a training manual, I will be able to develop my written communication skills as evidenced by producing a clear and comprehensive document that my colleagues can understand and follow."
