Observe whats around you and identify why something may be an issue. Identify various conclusions that are possible and decide which of them are sufficiently supported. Self-evaluate your contributions to company goals.

Create a Learning Objective:

Example: "By creating quotes and invoices, I will improve upon my critical thinking skills, as evidenced by producing thorough and accurate reports on a weekly basis."

Reflection Prompts:

  1. How can yourself and others benefit from critical thinking skills?
  2. When did you have to make swift decisions in your job and what was the outcome?
  3. How have others around you used critical thinking/problem solving? What was effective?
