Brainstorm as a group, set clear goals and objectives, and listen and learn to compromise with others who share different opinions and ideas.

Create a Learning Objective:

Example: "By collaborating with the other interns and staff members, I will improve upon my teamwork skills by successfully facilitating a group project."

Reflection Prompts:

  1. How do you feel about working on a team? What are your previous experiences with collaboration?
  2. What roles have you played in team situations?
  3. What are some of the difficulties you've dealt with in regards to collaboration? How can you improve these?
