CPH Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Goals and Objectives

The College of Public Health People, Culture and Belonging Goals and Objectives are aligned to the Kent State University Strategic Priorities. 

Goal #1 (2022 - 2023): 

Achieve 85% of full-time faculty and staff participation in diversity, equity and inclusion training and development throughout the year.

Increase African American, Asian American, Hispanic or Latinx, Multiracial, Native American, Alaskan Native, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander faculty diversity by at least 20%
