While managing projects to the traditional project constraints of time, scope and budget are important, project leadership ensures that the organization’s investment in each project helps advance the organization’s strategy. Claire June Laux, Chloe M. Niesz Kutsch and Melaina Grace Mattingly Uhrig graduated together, with honors, in Kent State University’s Spring Class of 2025.
