Pandemic Stress: Navigating Burnout and Building Resiliency Through Challenging Times

The worldwide pandemic has certainly taken a toll on us in many different ways. In this presentation, the implications of the pandemic will be explored, including the potential impacts on mental health. Participants will learn about stress, anxiety, and pandemic fatigue, be able to recognize signs and symptoms, and develop healthy coping strategies that will ultimately help build resilience. The presentation will be a combination of didactic and experiential, and there will be opportunities for discussion.
