Join us for a dialogue with Devan Shimoyama, an artist in the TEXTURES exhibition, Sincere Gilles, celebrity barber and owner of Director's Cut, Inc., and Kadeem Woodson, owner of Enkel's Barbershop in Brooklyn. Moderated by Simon Tatum, an artist and Kent State University alum. They will discuss their experiences with barbershops as complicated spaces of belonging, community-building, and self-exploration.

Trumbull Police Academy

The Kent State University at Trumbull launched the Peace Officers’ Training Academy certificate credit program in fall 2020 with 21 students graduating in spring 2021.
