James Willock has been named Kent State University at Trumbull’s Manager of the Public Safety and Police Academy program.  Willock brings with him a rich background and experience in law enforcement. He last worked as police chief of Mill Creek Metro Parks Police Department. The Women’s Center has proudly offered mammograms on campus twice a year for over 10 years.
