The spring installment of the 2019-2020 Women’s Success Series is moving to Friday, Aug. 21. Yoga instructor Sarah DiFazio is the featured speaker for this session. The event will be held from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. at Kent State University at Tuscarawas in the Science and Advanced Technology Center. Cost to attend is $15 when paid in advance and $20 at the door. On February 21, Jackie Searfoss, a representative of the Streetsboro United Methodist Church (SUMC), visited Kent State University to introduce the Honors College community to an initiative that SUMC is very passionate about. Campus Executive Chef, Billy Edmondson, won first place at the 2020 NACUFS Midwest Culinary Challenge. The event took place at University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana this past weekend.
