I graduated from Kent State University in 2020.I chose Kent State because my family are all alumni, that includes my mother, sister and both my brothers. From growing up in Kent to leading the university’s kitchens, Aubrey Poalson has officially been named Executive Chef for Kent State Culinary Services, beginning Monday, Nov. 3.
