Knit Futures is a symposium to energize the advancement of knitting to support people, environment, and place across disciplines, and to engage researchers from both academia and industry for conversation, knowledge exchange and collaboration.

Join the College of Architecture and Environmental Design for the Spring 2026 Lecture Series as Rhett Russo presents “Ceramicology". Rhett Russo is an artist, designer, and educator whose work explores ceramic material systems at the intersection of architecture, technology, and craft. He has over 25 years of teaching experience at leading institutions including Columbia University GSAPP, SCI-Arc, PennDesign, Pratt Institute, and Washington University in St. Louis, and is currently on faculty at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
