A retired Tuscarawas County Common Pleas Judge, Lile has served on the Board of Trustees since 1979 and has held several offices, including Fiscal Officer, Vice Chairman and Chairman. The Kent City Health Department has notified 19 residents of Centennial Court A on Kent State University’s Kent Campus that they must quarantine until Oct. 10 due to possible exposure to the communicable disease COVID-19.  The 19 students will remain in a separate section of Centennial Court A.
