The Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine (KSUCPM) community is deeply saddened by the passing of long-adored former faculty member, Michael Forman, DPM, class of 1966. Born June 8, 1942, Dr. Forman passed away on Tuesday, April 23, 2024 at the age of 81. Dr. Forman found great success as a podiatrist, operating a private practice for over 55 years, and was a beloved longtime faculty member at the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine (OCPM), now KSUCPM.
