    Biography

    Dr. Tammy d'Artenay is an Assistant Professor of Biological Science where she teaches Anatomy and Physiology and Life on Plant Earth.  She is a broadly trained biologist with years of teaching experience.  Her previous positions were at Penn State Shenango and Morningside College in Iowa.  

    Dr. d'Artenay enjoys course development, especially finding new and innovative ways to break down difficult subjects to ease learning through interactive and hands-on lab activities, case studies, and gamification.  

    In her spare time, Dr. d'Artenay enjoys camping with sons' Boy Scout troop and playing competitive slowpitch softball.
