Kent State is getting a lot of love these days! Leading up to its first-round game in the NCAA Men’s Division I Tournament, the men’s basketball team has received major shoutouts on social media. 

Cathi and Rob Eberly, ’70, are just a couple of the many long-time Kent State supporters who have made their way to Albany, New York, for the NCAA Tournament. Their passion for the Golden Flashes goes well beyond wins and losses.

Judy Devine has been called the matriarch of Kent State University athletics.  

Hanbin Mao and Yaorong Zheng, both professors of chemistry and biochemistry, are conducting research on the mechanical modulation of cell migrations using DNA nanoassemblies to stop cancer migration.

Some plants on campus are hungry for more than just water and sunlight. 

It’s been nearly three decades since Rob Senderoff walked around downtown Albany, New York, with the same eyes as the young men he now coaches.
