CELEMI Apples & Oranges™– Business Finance for Everyone
In this experiential learning simulation, participants gain financial literacy and business acumen skills to better:
- Monitor cash flow and utilize resources,
- Read and interpret financial statements,
- Identify critical elements affecting profitability and
- Understand the financial and strategic impact of daily decisions.
Build a shared baseline understanding of financial concepts, explore the cause-and-effect relationships that govern a company’s financial statements and develop an intrinsic business sense that drives every day work.
CELEMI PartnerStock™ – a business simulation on Supply Chain Management
This simulation is a competitive and highly interactive learning experience that helps participants see the big picture of the value chain, while they balance inventory, customer satisfaction and profit. Through the exploration of scenarios, team dialog and consequences of key decisions, participants harmonize inventory, demand, supply, production and lead times. Engage employees across a range of disciplines – finance, sales, production and supply chain – and watch as they unlock your supply chain potential.
