Facilitation Skills

Participants will gain the knowledge and skills to both understand and deliver in-house facilitation services. The first day covers the foundation of understanding what facilitation is, how it is different from training, the role of the facilitator, basic tools of mediation and facilitation tools and skills. GD&T is the common language of engineering drawings. In 1994, the Industry Standard underwent a major revision. This comprehensive program covers all the changes and provides the participant with a working knowledge of Mechanical Drawings.
