Using DiSC to Improve Communications | Participants will gain a thorough understanding of the DiSC® model of human behavior and social styles using a series of videos and interactive activities. They will gain an in-depth understanding of their own style and how to adapt it to improve communications. What Communication Style are You? | The most productive work teams are those whose team members understand and adapt to the diverse communication styles of their colleagues. The facilitator provides an understanding of the four communication styles and discusses the best and less effective characteristics of each style.
