Bachelor Degrees
Bachelor’s degree programs demonstrate a completed general and broad education with focus in a specific area and are typically completed in four-six years. The following bachelor’s degrees are offered in their entirety on the Kent State Ashtabula campus, or you can start one of over 360 degrees in the Kent State system.

Associate Degrees
Associate degrees are two-year degree of a technical or general nature offered only on the Regional Campuses. Associate degrees can also allow students to complete general education requirements through a two-year program, for later transfer into a four-year degree. - Admission to the Respiratory Care major is selective. Applicants must hold an active credential for certified respiratory therapist (CRT) or registered respiratory therapist (RRT) and an associate degree from a CoARC-accredited respiratory therapy/care program with a minimum 2.000 overall GPA.
Online Degrees
Students may complete undergraduate university requirements and Kent Core courses at Kent State University at Ashtabula or any campus/location and the major requirements online. The degree would be awarded by the approved campus or college. Additional fees are assessed for online courses.

Admission to the Nursing for Registered Nurses major is selective. Applicants must be registered nurses (RN) with a diploma or associate degree who are seeking an accredited bachelor’s degree in nursing. - Bachelor of Science in Public Health-Allied Health

CT or MRI program tracks available. Admissions is selective. Applicants must graduate from an associate degree program or hospital-based certificate program in radiologic technology, nuclear medicine or radiation therapy. Students must be registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT or NMTCB) - Bachelor of Science in Respiratory Care
Admission to the Respiratory Care major is selective. Applicants must hold an active credential for certified respiratory therapist (CRT) or registered respiratory therapist (RRT) and an associate degree from a CoARC-accredited respiratory therapy/care program with a minimum 2.000 overall GPA.
