Management of Chronic Conditions
If you have been diagnosed with a chronic health condition, it is helpful to schedule an appointment with one of our clinicians for a consultation so we can assist with managing your care while you attend Kent State University.
Examples of chronic conditions could include:
- Autoimmune diseases.
- Asthma.
- Diabetes.
- Crohn's disease.
- Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).
A $25 NO SHOW fee will be assessed in ALL clinics if you miss a scheduled appointment.
