Through preventive care, our clinical staff can help ensure that you receive the regular health services you need such as:

• Health screenings. 
• Immunization review. 
• Personal and family medical history review to determine health risk factors.

A $25 NO SHOW fee will be assessed in ALL clinics if you miss a scheduled appointment.
