If you have need any assistance while using Med+Proctor support is available for you to contact between 8 AM and 5 PM - Monday through Friday. During these hours you can live chat with their support agents directly from their support site. There is often a chat item in the lower right corner of the screen as you are submitting your documentation that can be used as well.
