The first thing you should do is contact your instructor and discuss your situation. You can use email or phone to contact them. If you absolutely don’t have access to either of those, send a postal letter.

If you have access to a smartphone, you can download the Blackboard mobile phone app. The app is especially useful for email, accessing content, videoconferencing, and discussion threads.

Complicated written assignments will be difficult to submit by typing on a phone. There are creative solutions such as written assignments that can be photographed and attached to the assignment tool or even mailing in the assignment. Again, coordinate with your instructor to see what they would like you to do.
