What is your degree program?
I am pursuing a Master of Public Health with a concentration in Biostatics. I intend to graduate in Spring 2023.
What do you do for the Division of Mental Health and Substance Use?
I work on a variety of projects for the Division of Mental Health and Substance Use. Mainly I assist and work on data analysis. My work entails that the data is presented and interpreted in an effective manner after performing appropriate analysis and statistical tests. I also aid in designing surveys.
What is your favorite memory from Kent State University?
It is quite difficult to pin down one favorite moment, but if I had to then I would say that my favorite memory from Kent State University is that my friends threw me a surprise birthday party, of which I honestly had no idea and was clueless. It was indeed a beautiful moment.
Why did you choose to go into public health?
I chose the field of public health to help the community and work towards making it a healthy and happy community.
What is your favorite place to eat in Kent?
Since I thoroughly enjoy grilled sandwiches, I like to eat at Twisted Meltz in downtown Kent. .
What is the last tv show you watched or book that you read?
The last TV show that I watched was Stranger Things season 4, it was quite fun.
What are your plans after graduation?
After graduation I plan to work in the same field and hopefully, I get to keep on working in the area of mental health and make some real change.
