- Within KSU Engage log in to the student organization registration website with your Flashline credentials.
- Complete your profile as a new user of the KSU Engage platform.
- Click on the Hamburger menu in the upper left corner and select Organizations and then click "Register an organization."
- Click or search for your organization.
- Click the blue button that says, "re-register this organization."
*Note: If you do not see your organization, you may not be listed as the primary contact for your organization. Please contact the Center for Student Involvement at csi@kent.edu or 330-672-2480. Follow the steps to complete the re-registration process and submit.
- Once you have submitted your registration, it will be sent to a staff member in the Center for Student Involvement (CSI) for review. You will receive an email notification within two (2) weeks of your organization’s status, assuming your organization is in full compliance with the hazing training requirement. If there are any discrepancies or issues with your organization’s submission, CSI will contact you for further clarification.
