Living May 4th, a pair of personal collections of items and artifacts pertaining to the tragic events of May 4, 1970, is currently on display at the Kent State University at Ashtabula Library. On Feb. 19, 2020, the Kent chapter of Alpha Lambda Delta, The National Honors Society for First-Year Success, held its induction ceremony for eligible members from the fall 2019 semester. At the start of the spring 2020 semester, all first-year, registered full-time students who met the qualifications of a 3.5 GPA or higher during their previous first semester at Kent State were invited to join the Kent chapter of Alpha Lambda Delta, and take part in the February induction ceremony.
