A student can easily grant a person FERPA release authorization in FlashLine. The link to grant FERPA release authorization can be found in FlashLine within Student/Resources/Requests and Authorizations.

KSUview is a product that is controlled by the student as to who they identify to view information and what information a designee can view. VIEW is the key word. To be able to ask questions about this information that you can view with an official at Kent State University, your student needs to give you FERPA release authorization.

The student can easily email you a list of your authorizations. Ask your student to go to KSUview, and select your name from the list of designees.
