Greater Cleveland Alumni Chapter Halloween Cemetery Tour

Join us Saturday, Oct. 28, at Noon for a Halloween cemetery tour! You'll walk through the Lake View Cemetery and visit its most famous graves sites, including Wade Chapel and more! Enjoy an afternoon experiencing the breathtaking views and learning Cleveland's great history. The event will cover approximately 1-1.5 miles of walking over the course of 90 to 120 minutes. Plus, proceeds from the event support the Greater Cleveland Alumni Chapter Scholarship.

Earlier this year, Stewart served as the keynote speaker for MDJ’s annual David and Janet Dix Lecture in Media Ethics. Three-Minute SURE Presentations

 

Join us as the participants of this year's Summer Undergraduate Research Experience (SURE) present their research work to students, faculty and staff at Kent State University. 

The presentations will be held on Monday, October 16th and Tuesday, October 17th from 1 – 2:15 and 2:30 – 3:45 pm. in the Kent Student Center with judges convening 15 minutes prior to the beginning of a session. The award ceremony will be held on Monday, September 23rd at 3 p.m. in 218 KSC.

Thanks to a nearly eight-year effort of various Kent State University administrators, Ohio students enrolled in the university’s College of Podiatric Medicine will see a significant reduction in tuition on their next semester’s bill and will graduate with less debt.  At its Sept. 20 meeting, the Kent State Board of Trustees approved a revised tuition rate that reduces tuition by nearly $14,000 for Ohio resident students – a decrease of more than 30% – from the current tuition rate effective for the 2024 Spring Semester.
