Kent State Women's Basketball Team

After an 87-46 blowout win against the Akron Zips on Feb. 18, the Kent State women’s basketball team clinched a spot in the Mid-American Conference (MAC) tournament.  The Flashes hold a total record of 17-8 and a conference record of 9-5, making them the fourth seed in the Mid-American Conference. The team only has four games left until the end of the regular season on March 3.  The MAC tournament will be held at Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse in Cleveland on March 8, 10 and 11. Homeschool students felt right at home on campus during the Homeschool Engineering Workshop held earlier this month in conjunction with the engineering department and the makerspace at Kent State University at Tuscarawas.
