As part of a series of trainings dedicated to supervisors, we invite you to register for Handling Important Conversations on Wednesday, May 14. This session is designed to equip participants with the tools, skills and confidence needed to navigate emotional conversations successfully and professionally. Through interactive activities and practical exercises, participants will learn how to prepare for important conversations, anticipate and  manage their own emotions, keep the conversation on-track, and maintain respectful and honest communication. Register by 4 p.m.
