As part of a series of trainings dedicated to supervisors, we invite you to register for Handling Important Conversations on Wednesday, May 14. This session is designed to equip participants with the tools, skills and confidence needed to navigate emotional conversations successfully and professionally. Through interactive activities and practical exercises, participants will learn how to prepare for important conversations, anticipate and  manage their own emotions, keep the conversation on-track, and maintain respectful and honest communication. Attend a free lecture series June 6-12 as part of the School of Art’s Annual Kent Blossom Art Intensives(KBAI) Program. Every year, visiting artists give public presentations on their work. All artist lectures are free and open to the public. Lectures are hosted by world-renowned guest artists in ceramics, painting, textiles and glass.

Last week the Division of People, Culture and Belonging launched the 2025 Performance Management Review Cycle for classified and unclassified employees. As you may recall, Kent State University switched platforms this past fall from viDesktop to PageUp Performance.
