Revise the Name of a Minor or Concentration
Complete the following:
- CIM Program Management proposal
- For help, consult the Curriculum Management User Manual and frequently asked questions (FAQ)
- Attach any supporting document
- Formal letter, memorandum of understanding or other type of correspondence, if applicable, that outlines the agreement to deliver the program at a site
- If you are also making curricular changes, please establish new courses and/or revise existing courses through CIM Course Management
